Authorize Eqho MCP

Reconnect → Choose permissions → Authorize → Sign in to Eqho → Return to your assistant.

01

Open the connection again

In Claude, ChatGPT, or your MCP client, open the Eqho connection’s settings and choose Reconnect or Authenticate. The label varies by app.

If neither is available, disconnect and add the connection again using the same server URL:

https://mcp.eqho-solutions.dev/api/mcp

On the authorization screen, keep Environment set to Production unless your Eqho contact told you otherwise.

03

Sign in to Eqho

You’ll now see the Eqho Log In screen. Use the Eqho account that belongs to your organization: enter your email and password, or continue with the Google account you normally use for Eqho.

If Google shows several accounts, choose the one associated with your Eqho account.

04

Return to your assistant

After a successful sign-in, the flow returns you to your MCP client. Accept an Open Claude or similar prompt if your browser displays one.

Return to your conversation and retry your intended save. If the client still shows the old connection status, refresh the connection or start a new chat.

The connection is ready after Eqho sign-in completes—not just after clicking Authorize.
